MAXDD
Team

You work with the person who builds it.

No account manager relaying your brief to an engineer you never meet. MAXDD is deliberately small, and this page explains what that means for a project.

Abdullah

Co-founder · Product Design

Leads product and interface design — research, information architecture, and the interaction detail that decides whether software feels considered or assembled. Works from the outcome backwards, so screens are built around the job being done rather than around a template.

Muneeb

Director · Engineering & Search

Builds the applications and runs the technical search work that follows them. Handles architecture, performance budgets, structured data and the measurement layer — the work that decides whether well-built software is ever actually found and judged fairly.

Hiring, carefully.

We grow only when the work is there to justify it, because taking on more than we can build properly is how studios start shipping the thing they warned everyone else about. If you are a developer or a search specialist who works this way, the inbox is open.

What we cover

Four disciplines, not four departments.

A team this size has no handover between departments, because there are none. These are areas of work, not job titles.

01

Product design

Interface architecture and interaction decisions made against what the product has to achieve, not against a template.

02

Engineering

Next.js front ends, Node APIs, databases and integrations. Hand-built, server-rendered, and owned by you at the end.

03

Applied AI

Retrieval, automation and LLM features scoped around a specific task, with evaluation and cost control attached.

04

Search and measurement

Technical SEO, structured data, answer-engine readiness, analytics and conversion tracking — configured at build time.

How we operate

Small on purpose.

A regular grid of windows across a building facade
  • 01

    You talk to the engineer

No account manager relaying messages to a developer you never meet. The person answering your email is the person writing the code.

  • 02

    Scoped in phases

Every engagement is broken into phases with their own price and deliverable, so you can stop, extend or change direction between them.

  • 03

    You own everything

Code, repository, domain, hosting and analytics, in accounts in your name. No proprietary platform, no exit fee.

  • 04

    Nothing subcontracted silently

If a project needs a specialist we do not have, we tell you who they are and what they cost before they start.

Tell us what you are building.

Send us the problem — an idea, an existing product, a site that is not performing. We will tell you what is worth building, what is worth fixing, and what it costs, before anyone signs anything.
