SEO

Search work that starts with what is structurally broken rather than with a keyword spreadsheet. Crawlability, rendering and speed first, then the entity and content structure that decides whether you are cited — by search engines and by AI assistants.

The problem this solves

Most sites are not held back by keywords. They are held back by pages that are not indexed, content that is assembled in the browser, duplicate URLs competing with each other, a slow server that limits crawling, and an identity that no search engine can pin down because the business is described differently everywhere it appears.

What we do

Technical. Crawlability, indexation, rendering, canonical structure, redirects, Core Web Vitals, and the internal linking that decides which pages carry weight.

Entity and structured data. One consistent description of the organisation, its services and its people, expressed in schema.org and corroborated everywhere else the business appears. This is what makes a brand name resolve to a company rather than to a coincidence.

Answer engines and AI search. Content structured so that a direct question gets a direct answer, facts that can be verified, sources that can be cited, and markup that makes the relationships explicit.

Content architecture. Pillar pages with clusters around them, so a topic is covered completely and the internal links say which page is the authority.

Local, where it applies. Profile accuracy, consistent name, address and phone details, and the review process behind the map pack.

How we approach it

An audit first, then a prioritised list with the cost and the expected effect of each item, then the work — starting with anything that blocks indexing, because nothing else matters until that is fixed. That first step is free and does not require hiring us: send a domain and the written findings come back in three working days.

Reporting is against indexed pages, queries, clicks and enquiries. Not a ranking screenshot for a term nobody searches.

Technologies and tools

Google Search Console and Analytics, structured data validation, crawl tooling, log analysis where the site is large enough to justify it, and the same Next.js stack we build on — which is why the technical fixes usually ship the same week they are identified.

Who this is for

Businesses that rebuilt a site and lost their traffic, companies whose brand name does not rank for itself, and anyone who wants to be the source an AI assistant quotes rather than a footnote to a competitor.

The measurement half of this work is digital growth; the rendering and speed half is web development.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from ordinary SEO work?
It starts with a crawl rather than a keyword spreadsheet. There is no point targeting a term on a page that cannot be rendered, is not indexed, or takes four seconds to load. Once the foundation holds, content and entity work follow.
What are AEO and GEO?
Answer engine optimisation and generative engine optimisation: being the source an AI assistant uses when it answers, rather than one of ten blue links. In practice it rewards the same things — clear structure, factual accuracy, explicit entities and content that answers a question directly near the top.
How long before it shows results?
Technical fixes can change indexing within days. Ranking and citation move over weeks to months, and anyone promising a position by a date is guessing. We report what changed, what was indexed and what it earned.
