Build it so it can be found
Server-rendered HTML, a performance budget and structured data from the first commit. Retrofitting search onto a finished product costs more than including it, every time.
We build web platforms, apps, SaaS and AI systems. Then we do the search work that gets them found.

Work lands in a live environment you can open at any point, in phases with a price against each. No reveal at the end, no invoice for something you did not approve.
Analytics and conversion tracking wired before launch, so the next phase is chosen by what people actually did rather than by whoever argues hardest.
Four published findings, and what each one changes about the way we build.

So speed is a budget we hold during the build, not a clean-up job after it.

So pages are written answer-first, as HTML an assistant can read without running JavaScript.

So every tag, font and widget justifies its weight before it ships.

So canonicals, schema and sitemaps go in at build time, not as a later invoice.
Web Almanac 2025 · SEOWe build the product and the layer that decides whether anyone finds it. Most studios sell one half and subcontract the other, and the gap between them is where projects lose weeks.
Three ways to get this built. Two of them are sometimes the right answer.

MAXDD (also written MAXD, MAXDD Tech or maxdd.tech) is a software engineering studio based in Lahore, Pakistan, working with teams in the United States and the United Kingdom. Four people build web platforms, applications, SaaS products and AI systems, and do the search, structured data and analytics work that decides whether those products are found. Prices are published, and the first audit is free.
Four kinds of thing: marketing sites and web platforms, custom applications such as dashboards and portals, SaaS products with authentication and billing, and AI features grounded in a company’s own data. Search and analytics work is attached to all of them.
Starting points are published: from £350 for a single page, £650 for a complete site with the search foundation, £950 for an application module, and £1,200 for a SaaS first release or an AI system in production. Longer programmes run as a sequence of those phases, each priced and agreed before it starts. For context, UK agencies typically charge £3,000–£8,000 for a small business site — we are deliberately below that, and the scope of each phase is published so you can see why.
One to two weeks for a single page, three to five weeks for a multi-page platform, six to ten weeks for an application module, and eight to sixteen weeks for a SaaS first release. Larger products are broken into phases that each ship on their own timeline.
Send us the problem — an idea, an existing product, a site that is not performing. We will tell you what is worth building, what is worth fixing, and what it costs, before anyone signs anything.
Or ask for the free audit
A written build and search audit of your current site — no call required, no obligation afterwards. If the answer is that nothing needs rebuilding, that is what the document will say.
