Privacy
Short version: we collect what you send us through our forms, use it to reply and to deliver the work, measure visits with analytics where those are enabled, and delete your information if you ask.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name and email address, plus any phone or WhatsApp number, company, website and preferred way to be contacted that you add, along with the package, services, budget range, timeline and project details you choose or describe. Clients we are already working with may also complete a requirements form, which collects business and project details and any files they choose to upload. We never ask for passwords, payment details or login credentials through this site.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to deliver the work. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask to join.
How we store and protect it
Form submissions are stored in a secured database and emailed to our team so we can reply. Uploaded files are kept in private storage that only our team can open. To keep out spam and abuse, submissions are checked automatically, and for rate limiting we keep a one-way hashed form of your IP address, never the address itself.
Who processes it for us
A small number of providers run parts of this site on our behalf: Vercel (hosting, private file storage and bot protection), MongoDB Atlas (the database), Resend (email delivery) and, when analytics are enabled, Google (Tag Manager and Analytics). They handle data only as needed to provide those services.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and requirements are kept for as long as we have an active conversation or project, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Files that are uploaded but never submitted are deleted automatically within a week. Ask us to delete your information and we will.
Analytics and cookies
Where analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics together with Google Tag Manager to see how many people visit, where they come from and which pages are useful. Those tools may set cookies and record information such as the pages you view, your device and browser, and your approximate location. We do not sell this data. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. No analytics or advertising cookies are set while the measurement IDs are unset — the scripts are not requested at all.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it. There is no form to fill in.
