Pricing

Published starting points.

Four engagements priced from £350 to £1,200, with everything each one includes — and everything it does not — written down before you talk to anyone. Longer programmes run as a sequence of these phases, each priced in advance.

Engagements

Pick a starting point.

Published starting points, priced from. Each one is a beginning, not a ceiling — anything outside the listed scope is quoted before it starts, never added to an invoice afterwards.

Launch

One page, engineered properly.

From£350

3–5 days

For a small business that needs to exist online this month, or a founder validating an idea — a single fast page that takes enquiries and can be measured.

  • Single-page site, custom designed
  • Mobile-first and accessible
  • Contact form wired to your inbox
  • Core Web Vitals passing at launch
  • Metadata, structured data and sitemap
  • Analytics and conversion tracking
  • Not included: Multi-page structure
  • Not included: Content management
  • Not included: Application features

Build

Most chosen

A complete site, with the search foundation.

From£650

2–3 weeks

The common starting point for an established business. A multi-page platform with the technical SEO, entity structure and tracking that decide whether it earns anything.

  • Up to 8 pages, custom designed
  • Content management for the pages you edit
  • Full technical SEO and structured data
  • Answer-engine and AI-citation readiness
  • Analytics, events and conversion tracking
  • Search Console, sitemap and robots setup
  • 30 days of post-launch support
  • Not included: Custom application work
  • Not included: Paid campaign management

Platform

An application module, portal or dashboard.

From£950

3–5 weeks

For software rather than pages: a client portal, an admin dashboard, a booking system, or the integrations that remove a manual process.

  • One application module, scoped in phases
  • Authentication, roles and permissions
  • Database design and API layer
  • Integrations — payments, CRM, calendars
  • Performance budget enforced in the build
  • Deployment, monitoring and handover
  • 90 days of post-launch support
  • Not included: Multi-tenant SaaS billing — see Product

Product

A SaaS first release, or an AI system in production.

From£1,200

5–8 weeks

Multi-tenant software people sign up to and pay for, or a retrieval assistant running against your own content. Priced as a first phase — a working release you can put in front of users, with the next phase quoted from what it teaches you.

  • Architecture phase before any product code
  • Multi-tenancy, permissions and billing
  • Onboarding and in-product analytics
  • Admin surface for supporting customers
  • For AI work: retrieval, evaluation set and cost monitoring
  • Staged rollout, monitoring and documentation
  • 90 days of post-launch support
  • Not included: Ongoing feature development — see the engineering retainer

Every engagement above is a starting point, not a ceiling. The price covers the listed scope; anything beyond it is quoted before it starts and never added to an invoice afterwards. Longer programmes run as a sequence of these phases, each with its own price agreed in advance, so you are never asked to commit to a number nobody can yet justify.

Monthly

Retainers, if you want them.

Optional, cancellable, and priced from. Plenty of clients only ever run projects — these exist for the work that never finishes.

Care & hosting

Keeping a live site fast, patched and monitored.

From£120/ month
  • Uptime and Core Web Vitals monitoring
  • Dependency and security updates
  • Backups, with a tested restore
  • Small content and copy changes
  • Quarterly performance review

  • Monthly report with what changed and why
  • Technical fixes shipped, not just listed
  • Content and entity work against a roadmap

What you get

Deliverables, not adjectives.

Every engagement produces the same artefacts, whatever the size. You should be able to point at each one.

Week one

A written scope, before anything starts

Phases, what each one includes, what it costs, and what is explicitly out. You approve it before a line of code exists.

Throughout

An environment you can open at any time

Work ships to a live preview as it is built, so progress is something you look at rather than something you are told about.

At launch

A live dashboard

Search Console, analytics and conversion data in one place, with the events that matter to your business named properly. Yours, in your accounts.

Monthly, on retainer

A monthly report that says what changed

What we did, what moved, what it earned, and what is next — written by the person who did the work, not generated from a template.

At handover

Documentation and a handover

How it runs, how to change it, where the keys live, and a walkthrough recording. Written so your next developer does not have to phone us.

From day one

Every account in your name

Repository, hosting, domain, analytics and any third-party service — created in your accounts from day one, not transferred out of ours at the end.

Questions

The things people ask first.

01

Why publish prices at all?

Because the first thing anyone wants to know is whether this is going to be £200 or £20,000, and making people sit through a discovery call to find out wastes their time and ours. A published number filters out the conversations that were never going to work.

02

What if my project does not fit a package?

Most larger ones do not. Packages cover the common starting points; anything bigger — a multi-location rollout, a full application, retained marketing — runs as a sequence of the phases above, each priced and agreed before it starts. Nothing here goes above £1,200 without you having seen exactly what that phase buys.

03

Are there ongoing costs?

Hosting and your domain, both in your own accounts and typically under £25 a month for a site this size. We do not resell hosting or mark it up. Retained SEO or marketing is optional and quoted separately.

04

What happens if the scope changes mid-project?

We quote the change before doing it. You will never find work on an invoice that you did not agree to in advance.

05

Do I own everything at the end?

Yes — code, domain, hosting and analytics, all in accounts in your name. There is no proprietary platform to be locked into and no exit fee.

Prices are quoted and work is carried out under our terms, and enquiries are handled as described in our privacy policy. Not sure which package fits? The services pages set out what each one covers.

Tell us what you are building.

Send us the problem — an idea, an existing product, a site that is not performing. We will tell you what is worth building, what is worth fixing, and what it costs, before anyone signs anything.
